Administrative Assistant

In September 2011, Alisa joined RCHA as a temporary employee in the A&A department.  Due to her extensive computer skills, diligence and motivation, she was recently hired on as a permanent employee.  She handles a variety of assignments within the company: formatting and assembling A&A reports, managing the company website, training employees in various Microsoft Office programs, and creating/updating various training manuals and procedures.

Alisa earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Pennsylvania State University and a Masters in Teaching from Waynesburg University.  Prior to joining RCHA, Alisa held a few different positions within the scientific research and education fields, including Quality Assurance Manager for a start-up biotechnology company.

In her spare time, Alisa enjoys spending time with her family and pets, volunteering and developing new skills, such as playing the drums, fishing and archery.
